New Orleans Partnership (NOP) Development
Assisted NOP President and development team during start-up phase of development project (development of financing/tax structure, community engagement, public investment); team member for major economic development pilot initiative, Louisiana Initiative for Tomorrow (LIFT New Orleans); team member focusing on legal work/strategic planning associated with 4 Frenchman’s Hope Development, a mixed use affordable residential project located in New Orleans’ 7th Ward Improvement Zone.

Midtown Development Atlas is engaged in the renovation and preservation of historic properties in the Bolton Hill and Station North/Arts District communities.

Southwest Baltimore – Union Square/Hollins Market Redevelopment Project  Atlas selected as one of a short list firms to develop designated blocks that include residential and mixed-use properties in Southwest Partnership’s neighborhoods. The firm is responsible for all major project phases, including marketing/feasibility analysis, property acquisition, securing financing/investment, community engagement, site plan development, permitting, construction/renovation oversight, inspections, sales/leasing.

Promise Heights Initiative/Upton-Druid Heights Redevelopment Project
(University of Maryland School of Social Work) Researcher specializing in the study and development of evidence-informed practices for comprehensive community development to support residents from birth through early adulthood.
